RETURNS
All sales are final, however we can usually provide a full refund if:
  1. CLOTHING IS UNWASHED AND UNWORN.
  2. A RETURN IS REQUESTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING A SHIPMENT.
However:
  1. CUSTOMERS MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNED ORDERS.
  2. WE CANNOT REFUND DIGITAL DOWNLOADS.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
    • PLEASE CONTACT support@iggyazalea.shop AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO CANCEL AN ORDER.
  • UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED.

PRE-ORDER BUNDLES
  • All items in an order ship together, so expect a delay if your shipment includes a preorder. 

SHIPPING
  • IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED TO US AS UNDELIVERABLE, PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NEED TO CHARGE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES TO RE-SEND THE PACKAGE.
  • WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE LOST EN ROUTE.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Occasionally customers received items that are damaged or defective. Please contact support.iggy@topdrawermerch.com with your order # and a description of the issue (preferably with photos), and we will likely send a replacement.


CUSTOMS FEES
International shipments are subject to customs fees, we wish they weren't, but unfortunately we don't make the rules. We are unable to anticipate these charges, and our shipping costs do not take them into account. As a result, the customer is solely responsible for any fees paid upon receipt.
